Cebu 2015 Day 2: Carcar's Chicharon and Shoe Retail Outlet

I don't really have a lot of things to say about these two since these are just stop-overs where we bought souvenirs.

HAHAHAHAHAHA! Chicharon pa more, taba ng baboy pa more!!!!

Eat these in moderation. ;)

Bet din 'yung ampao nila dito. 'Yun na lang kainin mo ng marami. :))
Carcar is one of the cities you'll pass through on your way back to Metro Cebu. Although it's known for its chicharon and ampao, shoes and sandals talaga isa sa mga pinupuntahan dito. Shoe Capital nga pala 'to ng Cebu.
This stretch of stalls sell handmade sandals and shoes which are of export quality yet sold at reasonable/affordable prices.
Don't forget your, "Ate, last price nito?" line.

OR!

"Tagpila diri, Manang/Manong?" - Means "How much for this, ate?/ Magkano dito, Ate?"
"Walay hangyo? - Means "No discount?/ Pwede pa bang mas mura?"

"Daghang Salamat!" - Means "Thank you very much."

E 'yan lang na pick-up kong phrases.
At kung merong Globe sa labas ng Mall of Asia, meron namang The Cube sa labas ang SM Seaside Cebu.

I read that The Cube symbolizes the stability and resilience of Cebuanos. The mall is still under construction but is scheduled to open in October this year.
