Snorkeling link: here.

"Secret" Place link: here.

We went back to El Nido town proper after the Tour A. If you're going to El Nido, I suggest that you do at least two tours because there is really so much to see. Sobrang bitin ng Tour A lang! And you went all the way there so why not do several tours, right? Or bitin lang kasi nga delayed flight kami papunta. Idk.
Something undesirable happened on our way back to Puerto Princesa. I won't anymore tell what it is but I was forced to be alone. I have always wanted to travel alone but I didn't expect it to be in Palawan and in a trip that we have looked forward to for months.

I've gone to out-of-the-country and out-of-town trips but it was my first time that I had no one but myself for around 5 hours in a far place. (Hi te! Kung mabasa mo 'to, sorry kasi nilagay ko pa or okay lang wag ka mag-alala kasi we made it through the rain! hahaha!)

I know that this isn't an accomplishment for some but it was for me. It's just sad that it had to happen that way but everything still turned out fine. I guess. Not entirely the way we wanted but me made it home safe so okay din.

I know that soon (can't tell you yet! hehe. Sa tamang panahon!)  I'll have to do everything on my own, wash my clothes, cook my food, fix my room and eat alone. Soon, I'll have a chance to try living independently. It's something that I'm looking forward to but is also making me anxious but for the meantime..

Universe, please give me the chance to try travelling on my own again. I don't know when, how and where but I'd like to experience it soon. Hihihi. Claim lang ng claim!!!  :))

Where was this? I don't know either. Haha! I don't know what this place is called since I didn't listen to our guide but I remember him saying something like, "Dahil nakarating na kayo, hindi na 'to secret." So I assumed that this is supposed to be one of the "secret places" of El Nido or not really. Daming tao eh at alam mo na rin, so anong secret dyan? :))

Our last stop for our second day...

The reason why I didn't listen to his explanations was I couldn't take my eyes off this.

'Yung bahay is the dwelling place of those who gather birds' nests. San sila pumupunta? 'Yung butas sa 1 o'clock nung bahay, dun 'yung cave na pinapasok nila para maka-gather ng nest. Grabe, diba? Naka-zoom in 'tong photo kaya hindi masyadong ramdam na tingin pa lang sobrang hirap ng puntahan pero...
Kapag naka-zoom out na, ayun oh. Paano sila nakakaabot dyan, diba? Sobrang na-amaze talaga ko dyan. El Nido, by the way, is the Spanish translation of "The Nest". So ayun, the name El Nido was  chosen because of the edible nests that the birds in that super kaduper hard to reach cave make.
Then we went inside a small opening. Secret lagoon ata. Idk.

This was the shooting place of Survivor, Sweden.
Puro ako pala 'yung nalagyan kong watermarks. Hahaha!
'Yung mga butas ay shaped because of the strong waves that hit it all the time.
More pictures ng GGSS.

7 Commandos Beach and Big Lagoon link: here.
Small Lagoon link: here.

After having our lunch, we were brought to this part of the ocean where we were able to snorkel. I didn't get the name of the place but this is still somewhere in Bacuit Bay.

Haha!
There were a lot of fishes here. Di ko alam bakit sila camera shy. hehehe.

My favorite site is still Danjugan Island of Negros Occidental but I'm looking forward to visiting more snorkeling sites in the future. Okay daw sa Anilao, Batangas eh. At least dun, mas malapit hehe. Someday. :))
Itsura. Hahaha.
Again, looking forward for my next adventure. Hehe. Sana malapit na. <3
This island looks like a crocodile.

From the big lagoon, we went here to small lagoon (still in Miniloc island) mainly for our favorite part of the day - lunch.
Do you see what I see?

Kingkongkingkongkingkong.
To get to the small lagoon, you would have to pass through this small partition in the rocks. You have two options: 1. Swim 2. Rent a kayak. Of course, we chose to rent a kayak. Mukhang mas madali eh. It's a good thing we've tried it for the first time in Danjugan Island.

Hehehe.
The feeling is different when you're just riding the boat and when you're the one paddling your way through the lagoon. The same with the big lagoon, it was said that the scientists believe that a cave collapsed in this area and it made way for the formation of the small lagoon.

Well, all this wouldn't be possible without the expertise of Louise. It was hard for me to navigate so I ended up bumping the limestones almost all the time. HELLO TE!!
Isn't it amazing that small trees/shrubs are able to grow out of these limestones when there are, in fact, no soil?

Limestones are a type of rock made from shells that lived million years ago. So amazing that we have these places here in the country. Kunsabagay, we have 7,107 islands oh! Soon <3
Much more breathtaking to see this in person!
Other tourists in the area.
It was a long weekend when we went there, hence this much people who were there with us. Isang part lang 'to ng place. But there's coordination so the itinerary of the tour operators are different. Magkakasunod.
More limestone karst because I couldn't even count how many pictures I took.
Lunch is served!

Mas masarap lahat kasi nasa El Nido! Hehehe.
The place where anywhere is picture perfect and instagrammable kahit na hindi naman ako masyadong nag-instagram at guilty pa nga ko of not posting my El Nido pictures (lately ko lang na-realize na wala akong na-post haha!). Anyway, this blog is somehow updated so okay lang.
A lot of tourists snorkeled and kayaked in this area but we chose to stay in the boat to rest. Hehe. Thank te (Louise) !!! Sa pagtya-tyaga lagi mag-picture sa'kin. Hehehe!

If you're planning to go to El Nido, I think it would be best to DIY (I'll tell you the reasons sa tamang panahon. Haha!) your trip especially when you're travelling with your friends and make sure to spend at least two days here to make the trip more worth it.

I'm not complaining though that we only did one tour but... but... there are so much left to see! Babalik na lang for you, El Nido kaya Tour A muna tayo.

For this post, I'll be sharing two places from El Nido's Tour A and they are: 7 Commandos Beach and Big Lagoon.

Before starting the tour, our guide oriented us and one thing I liked about El Nido's tourism rules is that they don't feed the fishes during snorkeling.

I'm glad that El Nido's practicing responsible ecotourism although there definitely is a lot more room for improvement.
BUT STILL, THE BEST ECOTOURISM SITE FOR ME IS DANJUGAN ISLAND OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL LINK: HERE.

Posted this because I look like a long-legged person.
The tour guides are more than glad to take your pictures. Tama nga naman, andun ka na eh. Sabi nga nila, mas madali magbura dahil sobra ang pictures kesa kulang. hehehe.
This was in 7 Commando's beach. Palpak lang talaga ng rushguard ko. Ang sikip. HAHAHAHA. Lalo akong nagmukhang suman.
This is the sand of 7 commando's beach and my feet's tan lines. Are those tan lines? Haha. I don't even know why this is the color of my feet in the picture but it definitely showed one thing, kahit ang itim ko na, may ita-tan pa rin ang kulay ko. HAHAHA.
Ito talaga 'yung nagpapa-unique eh. Mga limestone karst cliffs almost everywhere.
The water's similar to Leyte's Kalanggaman Island link: here.
The reason why I am not putting a lot of captions is because El Nido left me speechless. Grabe. Kamiss. Worth it pa rin kahit may mga palpak. Hehehe
This was taken while we were on our way to the Big Lagoon.

May statue si Mama Mary oh.
Ito 'yung Big Lagoon. We were allowed to swim here for around 15 minutes. 'Yung madalas mong makita sa postcards and Tourism ads? Yes.

The funny (or probably not. ako lang natuwa) thing about this trip is how I always made sure that my lips aren't pale Haha.
I don't know what he was trying to get but I still took his picture to show you what's in the water. For me, hindi 'yung water at lalong hindi snorkeling kaya nagpupunta ng Big Lagoon kundi para sa mga limestones pa rin na nakapaligid dito.
Ganda talaga.

Iba eh.

I read that the limestones here are similar to those found in Guilin, China; Krabi, Thailand and Ha long, Vietnam because they are all part of Sunda Plate.

Someday, I'll get there.  Kelan naman 'yung someday? Well, well, well hindi ko pa masasagot 'yan pero alam kong may tamang panahon kahit hindi ko alam kung paano. Tiwala lang! Ngayon pa ba? :)
One thing naman about this picture is how we visualized it months before going there. The goal was a sexier back but... :)))

Hindi ko man na-achieve 'yung sexy back na gusto ko sana e nakarating pa rin ako sa El Nido. Haha! Nako noh!! Kahit anong itsura ko, picture pa rin. Keri.

I can't put all the places we've visited in one post because I have a lot of pictures so to follow na lang.
Claim lang ng claim.
God bless.
