There are a lot of areas in San Francisco where you can take good pictures with the Golden Gate Bridge. We went to four: two of them are here in this post, and the other two in a separate post.

For this: 1. Hawk Hill, Marin County and 2. Battery Spencer, Marin County
You can use your GPS while driving to get to the area. From experience, GPS is usually reliable there in the USA.
Hawk Hill

This one's higher than the Battery Spencer view area.

I kind of envy those people who went there during the summer because of San Francisco's fog but yeah, just like what the captain (Pier 39) said, we're lucky that we went there on a clear day because San Fo is usually foggy. But still dibaaaa. Take me back, Mt. Tamalpais please! :))
This is where you're gonna get a good panoramic view of the Golden Gate Bridge and the Bay Area.
We drove around, and down to the battery spencer area. It's a good thing that we found an empty parking slot 'cause Battery Spencer is actually the best view for me.
'Cause when you take the picture here, you'll have the entire San Francisco in your back too.

Oftentimes, the Golden Gate Bridge pictures that I see are usually taken from this perspective.
<3

Soon, fog city, I'll be back soon.
Look for me na, Samsung S7 Edge! Find me before I head for my next trip so I can take better selfies. hahaha!
After the two view points, we drove to the other two.

There are toll gates after driving through the Golden Gate Bridge. Weren't we supposed to pay a fee or something? 'Cause we crossed the bridge for 12 times and yet not once did we paid for it. Oh well... :)

I forgot where this photo was taken but it was a quick stop before heading to Fort Point. If Battery Spencer of Marin County has the best view of the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco, Fort Point offers the best experience, at least for me.
You can go to Fort Point following your GPS.
After several pictures, the waves of the San Francisco Bay decided to welcome me in the most special way.
The wave from the bay got a little high that it reached me as I turned around and checked my phone.
Look at that person who was surfing and look at me taking everything in. hahaha. Without even thinking that if that person is able to surf then the waves must be high, right? :))) Feel na feel ko pa eh.
I turned around and then the wave hit me! Ako lang talaga! The two cars on my side didn't even got wet. What the heck, waves!

I shouted so loud because I was surprised that even if the other tourists didn't notice the wave, they still looked towards me and then they saw how drenched I was. haha!
Buti na lang, hindi dagat na basura. haha. I was forced to change into other clothes. Huhuhu. My hair got wet too and I had no more shorts so I just had to bear with it, let it air dry, and hope that the smell of the ocean water will fade with the sun.

Not when I bought this before our trip just so I'll have new clothes to wear sa pictures in San Francisco. Kalurkey!

BREAKOUT
PLAN.SOLVE.ESCAPE
Philippines' Premier Escape Room Game

Tin, breakout tayo!!!

Pass ako. Utang na loob. Alam niyo naman na allergic ako sa mga ganyang lugar.

I am the last person who would want to join this kind of activity. Hindi ko na nga keri ang Haunted Houses o kahit anong takot na ganitong klase, lalagyan mo pa ng iso-solve?! Aba, no way. Kung ayaw niyong makabugbog ako ng tao, wag na please. :))) That's what I have been telling people the past several months whenever they'd ask me to go with them at Breakout.

Breakout Manila
Until we were invited and I was like, sige na nga. Masabi lang na nakapag-breakout ako.

Okay fine, may iba kasing minention na event nung night na 'yun at nung nag-oo na ko dun, saka lang sinabi na dadaan muna kami ng Breakout. So no backing out, bahala na. Aguy.

When I got there, I overheard the briefing of another group and I was really nervous. Huhuhu. Seryoso ba?! But even so, wala pa rin akong idea kung anong gagawin. Basta ang alam ko, may puzzle/riddle tapos kailangan makalabas ng room.

Restroom Selfie

'Cause I was nervous, scared, excited, and ang laki ng mukha ko all at the same time. HAHA!

The last time I entered a haunted house attraction in an amusement park few years back, sobrang lala nung nangyari sa kasama ko. Pero I've decided to maintain my composure here. chos. :))
I am not afraid of clowns but if the clown looks like this one? Ano na, bes?! HAHAHA. It's still a good thing though that we were tasked to enter the clown room and not the other two 'cause I wasn't that scared.

After my quick restroom break, we were then briefed of the do's and don'ts while in the escape room.

We were asked to put on eye mask and form a straight line and they led us to the clown room and..... and.... and after 45 long minutes of being in the clown room.

BES, NAHANAP NAMIN ANG FOREVER!!!!!!!!!
When you're in Breakout, of course your goal is to escape and not to find forever! Pero iba kung jowa bonding ganyan. Syempre. :)) hahaha! I wish we could've escaped though, huhuhu, we were almost there e!
So will you be able to escape or will you forever be trapped? Find out at the closest Breakout in your place!

The overall experience is okay. It's exciting and a great bonding activity for friends and families especially when you're into this kind of things. Para kang pumasok sa game/movie talaga.

Here are the branches and their rooms below:

Breakout Paragon - Room 13, Hush, Hide and Seek

Breakout Katipunan - Clown House, Detention, The Walking Dead

Breakout Serendra - Number 1 Fan, Abduction, Lady Luck (Kung babalik ako sa Breakout, dito ko sa Lady Luck: Blood Money Siguro. Lam mo na. Iba ang hatak ng casino! Baka ako pa maging team leader. hahaha!)

ASA PA KO!!

Masaya na kong makalabas ako kung may Breakout 2.0 :))

The four flavor categories we learned in Elementary are sweet, salty, sour, bitter. But of course, good food certainly doesn't taste as simple as those four. For a food that can make us "happy" with its balanced and well-rounded taste, we actually taste seven - umami, pungent, and astringent taste categories make the list of seven flavors complete.

So will Seven Flavors live up to its name and make me "happy" after eating? Let's see.

I wasn't able to capture a good picture of this wall design, too bad 'cause this is the one I pointed out as my favorite part of the place. Guess it's for you to see personally.

Anyway, I got a little bit confused when I entered the restaurant because I was expecting a buffet and there wasn't. Turns out that the buffet area is on the second floor of the building and the first floor serves ala carte meals. There's also a stage in the first floor. They haven't finalized the line-up yet but at present they have acoustic sessions every friday night.

I went up to get my food and here below are the food choices.
Salad
Salad Dressings
Soup, bread and butter
Pizza and Halo-halo

I liked the four cheese pizza.
Dessert area.

Was supposed to go back for that mango tapioca 'cause I heard it was good but I got full already.
There was an event and we had to share with them for the buffet spread that's why all food were fast moving.
We had to stand there for minutes to wait for the waiter to refill the items.
While waiting for the other items in the buffet, I asked Kuya to cook Teppanyaki for me. I had him cook chicken and shrimp. Since I'm a shrimp lover, I am very particular with how MY shrimps are cooked 'cause it's not unusual that I am served overcooked and rubbery shrimp. -_-

I liked that Seven Flavors' tasted fresh and were cooked just right.
BBQ was good too.
Took a picture of the DIY taco area but I didn't get any.
I felt like I can't miss this so I went up again. Good choice because this was my favorite out of all the food that are served there. Wasn't I full, I could've eaten three pieces of this. haha!

What's nice about this is it's a DIY so naturally, you're allowed to make it according to how you like it unlike in an ala carte restaurant where you just eat whatever they serve you. E gusto ko ng meat and cheese na tacos overload ganyan. haha.

And oh, the ground meat is flavorful on its own and compliments the white sauce very well.
Fresh fruits are also available.
We were waiting for the teppanyaki to cook when they brought this sushis out so we were first to get.

Taste wise, all are good but I just wish they had more choices since the viands were all fast-moving that night. But I don't mind having a taco, teppanyaki, sushi eat-all-you-can dinner though - sarap naman!
Love the crispy taco shell and the put all you can meat, white sauce, cheese. tomatoes and lettuce.

Again, since there was an event when we got there and the food were all moving fast. I wasn't able to taste everything but to be fair, those I tasted were all good.
Overall, it was okay for me since I ate several food that I liked and I went home full. But I think they should add more items to the buffet spread especially during weekends when it's priced at P 600.00/person.

Will I go back? Yes. I want to bring my family there only I'll prefer a weekday or a weeknight when it's priced cheaper at P 400.00/person for lunch and P 500.00/person for dinner.
I mentioned earlier that an event was happening when we were there, right? Apart from the buffet area, ala carte area, and the bakery they also have a function room which you can rent for your event. You'll have an eat-all-you-can buffet for your guests and no need to pay extra for the location.

We wanted to get up at 7 AM so that we'll have more time to go around San Francisco but we overslept and woke up at 10 AM when we were supposed to check out at 11 AM. Whatever, we were late anyway so we just took our time. It's a good thing they weren't so strict with the check-out time that we stayed until 12 NN without charges.

So while one is using the bathroom, we reheated the left over corned beef and rice from dinner. hahaha! That was the most delicious fried rice I've ever eaten. :))
Goodbye!
Ang ganda ng San Francisco. Huhu. Sobra.
We drove across the Golden Gate Bridge again, this time looking for a picture spot where we can take pictures with it.

Back then, we really felt that it was nearing the end. Huhuhuhu
