Boracay 2026: Updated Fees for Inbound and Outbound Tourists

can't unsee Fee-lippines so I'm updating my 2023 post 'cause there has been a price increase when we visited Boracay again this month.

If you want a (more) seamless transfer,

Boracay 2026 Updated Fees for Inbound and Outbound Tourists

Leaving MPH's arrival hall, you'll see drivers picking up their clients, people promoting van transfers etc., but if you want the cheapest option, go out the airport and look for the tricycle terminal. A ride from the airport to the port is P 75.00/pax. I forgot to include it in the collage I made.

Purchase your beach essentials here.

Tourists are encouraged to register beforehand but I totally forgot so we just did it upon arrival.

BORACAY iPASS

Our experience was quite fast but the iPASS should be more convenient and hassle free especially if there are a lot of tourists. Just present your QR code and you're good to go.

Leaving Boracay was fast as well. If you have lots of luggage with you, there are porters in the area.

Tricycles are already there the moment you alight the ferry. Departure hall is also crowded so we stayed at the restaurant across where we had our last Panay Island meal. We entered the airport an hour before boarding time.

Additional:

Tricycle - P 75.00 per pax
Chartered Multicab from Port to Hotel -  P 200.00 (divided by 4)
Chartered Multicab from Hotel to Port -  P 200.00 (divided by 4)

Inbound Fees: P 475.00
Outbound: P 360.00

Total: P 835.00/pax

These timestamps were taken from the photos I took:

Inbound:

Airplane Landed - 10 AM
Paid the Tricycle Fee - 10:17 AM
Arrived at Caticlan Jetty Port Terminal - 10:31 AM
Rode the Ferry - 10:47 AM
Arrived in Boracay - 11:05 AM
Rode Multicab to Hotel - 11:10 AM
Arrived at our Hotel in Station 2: 11:21 AM

Outbound:

No record of the time we left the hotel
Paid Terminal Fee: 10:06 AM
Rode the Ferry: 10:16 AM
Arrived at the Terminal: 10:33 AM
Arrived at the airport: 10:40 AM

We were from Kalibo Airport the first time we went to the island and it was raining the second time so I never took notice before but the process of entering and leaving Boracay is streamlined.

Aside from being convenient, there isn't an opportunity of a "transportation scam" nor a "sightseeing scam" because approved tariff rates are posted everywhere. Alam mo 'yan, madalas talaga mag overcharge kapag may mag dayo.  Mas okay pumasyal sa isang lugar na may standard rates para makapag budget ng mas maayos.

Boracay is one of the best destinations for me.
After three trips, given the chance,
I'd still go back in a heartbeat.
