Celebrated Post-Christmas at Circle
Yeabah!
First off, is the one-hour bike rental which costs P 80.00 with free kaskaserong bikers and all sort of persons/things that bring you closer to accidents. hahaha. Joke, it's Christmas season still that's why it's jumpacked.
We entered Circle of Fun, the entrance fee is P 40.00.
(P 10.00 increase!)
If your world has been stagnant these past days, ride this and be prepared to be turned upside-down! If you've ever wondered how it feels like to be a dress thrown in a washer, then ride this! If you haven't laughed your heart out these past days, ride this and be prepared for a laughing galore! If you're someone who easily gets dizzy and is not a thrill-seeker, then skip this. Baka sisihin mo pa 'ko! But this ride was the highlight of the night, we didn't expect anything that hardcore as in maraming 360 degrees turn, para ka talagang nasa washing machine at shampoo commercial! Kaya pala pinaiwan 'yung bag sa labas. Parang kami, "Ano ba 'yan, kiddie ride naman 'to!!!" Si squirrel ride, "Kiddie ride pala ha! Teka!" Kami ulit, "OMG! HAHAHAHA! WAHAHAHAHAHAHA! WAHAHAHAHAHA!" |
Rode this the second time, still at the very end of the boat. Natuwa? Hindi ko na maalala 'yung name nito, pero ito 'yung Vikings ng Star City at Anchor's Away ng E.K. -END- |
Then we realized, "Ay, hindi natin napuntahan 'yung Christmas lights!" |
Happy Birthday, Jesus!!
Sa oras na wala ng iba pang gustong gawin 'yung isip ko kundi mag-linis ng kwarto kong parang dinaanan ng bagyo, tamad-tamaran na naman ang katawan kong mas pinipiling mag-type nito, wala lang.
When you order a large milk tea from those included in their top ten list, you get upgraded to their jumbo size. This promo ended yesterday though, December 19

I'm more on the not so sweet side when it comes to milk teas. I always make sure my orders have less sugar. |

Just like my Pearl Milk Tea in Moonleaf and Oolong Tea Mousse in Chatime, I found my Serenitea cup of tea in Okinawa with egg pudding sinker, less ice and 50% sugar. |

But I also liked Hokkaido milk tea. ^^ Given that I drank 3 liters of milk tea in the past three days because of this promo, I think I should say goodbye to milk teas for now. Or IDK, hahaha. :) We had Serenitea at the newly-opened branch at Congressional Town Center. |
Can you actually believe that it took me so long before I was able to visit Trinoma's light show? I am a Trinoma girl... I used to be.
I haven't been here in a while despite it being just a jeepney away from our home, and it being the terminal where I, most of the times, take my ride home. |
And we were like, "Owww nice, ang ganda pala dito!!" |
Mas masarap ang Moonleaf sa Paseo! HAHAHA The deliciousness of the foods you eat can be directly proportional to the place you eat them at. Lalo sa mga pagkain na parati mo natitikman... madalas mas malayo, mas masarap! Kahit pareho lang naman talaga, nasa environment cheverloo lang 'yan |
Ordered Pudding Milk Tea |
Did you know that Paseo's a haven for outlet stores? In there you'd find several stores which offer discounts up to 80%. |
No shopping but I enjoyed looking around the vicinity. |
This is on the left side when you're driving through Nasugbu-Tagaytay Highway (Nasugbu Bound) Entrance : P 250.00/person |
You'd be greeted by these animals. Different kinds of snakes, spiders, and the like. |
Stuffed-toys for pasalubong! |
Overlooking what? |
Tiger!! But it doesn't look like a cub. P 50.00/person for a photo experience, own camera |
More tigers
ZIPINE!!! P 150.00/person Zipline and Cable Car |
I can do this over and over and over again. cool breeze + picturesque view! |
You return riding this cable car. The view is so good, you don't wanna go down. |
Here's my horse, Angel. |
Horseback Riding - P 50.00/3 rounds |
Bye, Residence Inn. IT WAS SERIOUSLY FUN WHEN I WAS THERE. :)) |
It has been years since the last time I set foot in Tagaytay's Picnic Grove.
A lot of things have changed since then, the place is more developed and "commercialized" now.
This zipline and cable car area. |
It's a foggy afternoon. Taal Volcano from the Viewing Deck near the zipline area. |
Wasn't able to explore the rest of the place. I wonder what's down there... |
There are way more than what I posted here. We stayed there for more or less 30 minutes only. |
Yay for pine trees! |
Steep stairs down the for rent cottages. |
A closer picture with Taal. |
The view's so gorgeous up there! Foggy (not really. hehe) + Windy + Chilly = The kind of weather you'd expect in a Tagaytay visit. Thanks for cooperating, weather! Places that take your breath away - I hope to visit a lot more in the future. |
Last picture before leaving the place. Entrance fee is P 50.00/person Parking fee is P 35.00 (flat rate, IDK) Not sure of the zipline, cable car and cottage fees. Other attractions that I know are horseback riding and bike. |
The Geminids are an annual meteor shower occurring when the Earth passes through the debris tail of asteroid 3200 Phaethon. Most meteor showers originate from comets, which spew tiny chunks of ice that burn in our planet’s atmosphere. Phaethon is not a comet but rather a strange type of asteroid that astronomers sometimes call a “rock comet,” meaning that it is heated when coming close to the sun, producing dusty debris that turn into meteors in Earth’s skies. We've also tried watching a meteor shower a few years ago but saw none.
However, last night around 10:30, (Night of December 13 'til the morning of December 14) with mats in the open area of our home and turned off lights, we were all ready to witness some meteor shower fun. After 30 minutes of clear skies (with a few falling stars) thick clouds covered the entire sky! And that was exactly 11:00. Yes clouds, cover everything. We waited... waited really patiently for an hour for the skies to clear again and we saw more meteors! The clouds though, once again covered the entire sky so we decided to go inside already.

When I was younger, I used to look up the sky every night to check if the stars I claimed are there "watching" me. Those stars, I learned later, are a part of the constellation Orion and they're the Orion's belt (Alnitak, Alnilam and Mintaka). Oh well, they're still mine.
Before this, I've only seen two falling stars but now that I've lost count, I want to see more!
It's an annual activity for the designers of the light show. Same for us!
We were there again this year, and here are some of the pictures.
