I've been spending the past few nights constructing a 2014 throwback kind of post 'cause I obviously couldn't finish it in one sitting. I swear, by the time I'd be able to publish it, that post would have been written by more than fourteen versions of me. All items in that post seemed like they're written by different persons. HAHAHA.

Anyway, I have not updated this blog with anything matcha for a long time so here I go again.

Whenever I see anything green on the grocery shelves, the matcha freak in me would automatically hope that it's matcha. And when it is, the temptations immediately set in only to be suppressed by the part of me who's currently trying to save money.

Tempted Self: Hala matchaaaa. Bibili akooooooo.
Suppressing Self: Mahal.
TS: Huhuhuhu.
(HAHAHAHAHA. Mabilis naman ako kausap eh.)

Obviously, my tempted self won earlier and I spent more than P 250.00 for twelve small squares of Kyo-Matcha chocolate.
The taste is similar to that of Kyo-Matcha Monaka but this is more potent.

I was able to buy matcha powder in Powerplant, Rockwell before and the taste of this was somehow just like a mixture of water and matcha powder. It's not (that) creamy and there's really a bitter/grassy aftertaste but I still find this better compared to just water and matcha powder. Duh kasi nga chocolate pa rin 'to so may konting creaminess pa rin. Hahaha.

And just like that, I've eaten all 12 pieces and not even an hour has passed. YAN. Hindi talaga dapat pinagkakatiwalaan 'yung tempted self eh, paunti-unting kain pala ah. Hahaha. Pero ganun talaga, mahirap labanan ang temptations... :))

HUHUHU BRING ME TO JAPAN OR ANY COUNTRY WITH A LOT OF MATCHA CHOICES OR SEND ME ANYTHING MATCHA HUHUHU

After 1000 years, we were able to go to Luljetta Hanging Gardens and Spa in Antipolo.
After 100 years, I am now able to post this here.

Thankful that I was able to go there. Even more thankful for the busy days that I wasn't able to post this here sooner.

BWAHAHA. Madali ka lang pala i-commute, Antipolo!! Alam na this.

From Aurora-Katipunan Fly-over (Obviously dun kayo sa baba) there are jeepneys that are Antipolo bound. You may alight at Antipolo Cathedral, Our Lady of Peace Good Voyage Shrine or Unciano Hospital (the closest) and ride a tricycle to Loreland Resort.

From the looks of it, Loreland Farm Resort is also a nice resort although we weren't able to go around the area.
Luljetta Hanging Gardens and Spa is inside Loreland.

Buti pa dito, may happily ever after.
This view will greet you the moment you reach Luljetta.
As we changed into our swim wear, we were given this bathrobe and a towel that we used while in the Hanging Gardens.

Just be cautious in going up and down the stairs.
Hydromassage Pool

Kind of reminds me of Ace Waterspa in Pasig.
Of all the amenities of Luljetta, this fish spa has got to be the one that I like the least. HAHAHA.

I've tried fish spas in Manila Ocean Park and at a Hotspring Resort in Laguna so I was thinking that I'll enjoy here too but there was something in the water (maitim kasi ganyan) that we didn't last longer than 5 minutes here
Then we went to the Infinity Pool area

The reason why we really wanted to go here is to experience their infinity pool. Makapag-infinity pool man lang kahit minsan.
According to their website, their infinity pool is "Overlooking Antipolo Mountains, Laguna Bay and Metro Manila"
Ganda ganda pls!!!
But it rained so hard that it was almost zero visibility in the area. So we placed our phones in the robe basket and just decided to enjoy the infinity pool without picture taking.
But there will be clear skies every after pouring rain. <3

Parang mga mata lang natin 'yan, pagkatapos natin umiyak we're able to see clearer. Naglilinis kasi 'yung langit diba pag umuulan. No wonder that almost every after a good cry, we feel better... kahit namamagang mata pa ang kapalit. #hugot hahahahahaha
We left the infinity pool area to explore the rest of the area and found this sign.

You are worthy. Yes, you are worthy. We're all worthy.
This is also a good place to exchange stories with friends after using all the water amenities.
Heated Jacuzzi.
Yes. You are blessed.
I don't know what this pool is called but of all the pools, it's the one I like the least.
Pero maganda 'yung view kaya better check this out too. Baka naman magustuhan mo.
Sauna room at the back.
Although it's almost not visible, in this part of the hanging gardens, is Metro Manila's skyline.

We were walking towards the restaurant when I took this picture.
Soon, Palawan, soon!!! Papa-sexy muna ko. HAHAHAHA.
Fried Suman + Drinks are included in the package.

Never thought fried suman would taste this good. hehehe
Interior of the Restaurant
This is the infinity pool from above.
Eventhough I like the view from the infinity pool, this was my favorite pool.
And we went back to the infinity pool to swim more and wait til sunset.

I want to love 2015 more than I loved 2014. Claim lang ng claim! Heart heart <3 <3
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA PAGBIGYAN NIYO NA KO MINSAN NIYO LANG NAMAN AKO MAKITA HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Overall, Luljetta is a good get-away place that is not so away from Manila.

Ahh, meron pala. We don't know if it's us who didn't get to see the bigger shower area pero isa lang 'yung cubicle sa locker area so medyo nakaka-hassle na nakapila pa dun. hehe. Pero ayun nga, sisirain mo ba 'yung araw mo? Hindi. Sarap naman ng, "Take me back, Luljetta!!!" Hehehe.

I love to bike whenever I get the chance to. Not only is it a great exercise, biking also relaxes me. But even if a bike was included in the things I wanted to have on a post I posted way back 2012, I never had the chance to look around and purchase one because of two things: 1) storage would be a problem. 2) I have no idea about bicycle brands.

Not being able to know which of the available products would be a good buy is one of the things that the campaign Taiwan Excellence is trying to solve.

Of the 56 Taiwanese brands that are entering the Philippine market, some are different brands of bicycles such as Strida, Tern Bicycles and Pacific Cycles.

Slidy Bike
I am also a potential buyer of this bike. Seryoso.

I like that it solves my first problem - storage. I bet you know how big most of the bikes we see here in the Philippines so it's a good thing that this bike is foldable and lightweight that storage even transporting this wouldn't be a problem. And since this is a recipient of the Seal of Excellence, buyers are assured that they're getting a worth it and a sturdy bike.

You might say that using a bike here in the Philippines is inconvenient but we should still point out the benefits of using a bike as a mode of transportation.

1. Healthy Mind and Healthy Body
- I know, right? Healthy body! Kaya nga, I bike whenever I get the chance to. It's a good cardiovascular exercise that is gentle to joints. Biking also improves and tone muscles. Leisure biking is actually relaxing.

2. Greener World
- Biking doesn't require gasoline therefore it emits no pollutants. Through biking, you're not only reducing your fats but also your carbon footprint. (Sige na nga. We're not only reducing OUR fats hahaha.)

3. Easier on the Pockets
- Since you're not anymore paying for fuel, you can lessen your transportation expenses and obviously, bike maintenance is cheaper compared to car maintenance.

This post is a part of the Taiwan Excellence campaign which commitment is to provide better products for us, Filipinos and one of the products they offer are innovative foldable bicyles from the above-mentioned brands.

My mother and I have different personalities (Sige na nga, pati physical appearance! HAHA). One of our differences is that she's very organized which is why she dislikes seeing my room because its state is everything she hates. But if you hate something, change it diba? For a lot of times, I left home with a messy room and came home to very clean room because she couldn't stand all the clutter. Proud pa ba talaga dapat ako nito? Basta I'm thankful for all the people who love cleaning and organizing. :))

Like myself, all of us have our own shortcomings that our mothers magically fulfill. Do you need one of these? Cook, nanny, nurse, doctor, teacher, janitor? Our mothers can easily change their roles into the person we need, don't they? And the reason why they can juggle all these responsibilities is their desire to give their family the best of the best. One component of that "best" are products they can purchase for their loved ones to have a wonderful and excellent life.

So in the search of the best products, it's a good thing that the Bureau of Foreign Trade of Taiwan (BOFT) and Taiwan External Trade Developtment Council (TAITRA) has launched the Taiwan Excellence Campaign (which I have already posted about here.) in the Philippines.

Just by looking if a certain product has a seal of excellence, Mothers can easily identify products that are of good quality which they can purchase without compromising their families health, safety and comfort.

To date, Taiwan Excellence carries 56 different brands (more than 175 products from brands like , Tatung, TECO,  Cashido, Acer, ASUS, Transcend, MSI, Strida, Microlife, and Thermedic
etc. ) for home and living,  communications technology, sports, transportation and personal care. Given that this campaign carries a wide variety of Taiwanese products, mothers would surely be able to find the products they need and want not only for their family but also for their selves as well.

Where do broken hearts go nga ba talaga? :)))

I now have 3 scheduled dates to a That Thing Called Tadhana screening next year. 'Yung totoo, friends? (Lakas maka-sabi ng friends e wala ngang may alam na nagb-blog ako. haha!) Di pa kasi kayo sumabay nung nag screening ng Cinema One originals!! Pero more than willing naman ako umulit basta libre niyo ko. HAHA

THAT THING CALLED TADHANA INARTE POST LINK: HERE.

In short, tatanga-tanga.

A: Bakit pag sinabi ba niya kung bakit, may magbabago? Ang bottomline, hindi ka na niya mahal.
M: Close ba tayo? Ang sakit mo magsalita ah.

M: Paano ba makalimot?
A: Ha?

M: Gano katagal?
A: Matagal.
M: Gano nga katagal? One Year? Two Years? Three? Four?
A: Does it matter? Ang mahalaga, NAKALIMUTAN. (HUHUHUHUHU NAKALIMUTAN)

A: 'Yung ganyan kalaking pagmamahal, ganyang overwhelming love, imposibleng walang pupuntahan 'yan eh. May mababalik sa'yong pagmamahal.

A: There are all kinds of love in this world but never the same love twice.

HAHAHAHA)

A: Pag may dumaan na shooting star, ano iwi-wish mo?

M: Kung mahal mo, habulin mo, ipaglaban mo. Wag mong hintaying may magtulak sa kanya pabalik sa’yo. Hilahin mo. Hanggang kaya mo, wag kang bibitaw.

Hehehehe. Sakit oh. May pagka-Mace talaga ko. Yes? BGC? Pasig? Donut? Oatmeal? Hangin? Tubig? HAHAHAHAHAHA. Everything reminds me of you din ang peg minsan saka kung magbabayad ako ng pera everytime na may imi-mention ako, malamang makakaipon ako agad papunta sa lugar na pinupuntahan ng broken hearts.

P.S. Should you find yourself looking for a Sagada/ Baguio travel buddy after watching this film at 1. Hindi ka mamamatay-tao. 2. Hindi ka KJ. 3. Hindi ka reklamador. 4. KKB 5. Madali kang pakisamahan... Andito lang ako/kami. Magpaka-That Thing Called Tadhana tayo dun sa Baguio o Sagada. HAHAHAHA.

Cheers to the great people we will be!<3
