Here's a room tour of our Superior Room in Henann Resort, Alona, Bohol.

Since I had another Bohol trip last February, the January trip we decided to just check in a resort and "chill" for our second and third day. 

Checking in was a breeze especially since I've made reservations through their website. They asked for a P 3,000 deposit which is also consumable if there are purchases such as dinner and drinks. If not used, it will be given back to you upon check-out.

The pictures below are just to show you the room we stayed at in Henann.

Toiletries and towels are, of course, provided.

As much as I wanted the resort/pool view, this one's okay too. 

Pwede bang mag Tagalog? Okay lang, 'di ba? Di naman 'to SM Megamall na English lang pwede. CHAROT! :)))

Maiksi lang 'to. Dadaan lang 'tong si Loboc River Cruise dito sa blog ko kasi meron pa kong Loay. 'Yun na lang ang mas mahaba para makumpara 'yung dalawa. 

Di kagaya nung dati, hindi ka na makakapili kung saang restaurant mo gusto kumain. Pupunta ka na lang dun sa office (kung anuman tawag dun) kung saan pumipila lahat ng gusto mag Loboc River Cruise, magbabayad, kukuha ng number tapos maghihintay matawag 'yung number para sumakay na sa banka. Dati kasi walang sistema kaya kanya-kanyang hanap ng restaurant. Mas okay 'yung ganito para sa'kin kahit di ko alam pano hatian ng pera. 

Di 'yun masyadong tumatak sa'kin kaya di ko na maalala pero isa pa pala 

'tong Loboc sa mga location ng movie ni John Lloyd at Bea (HAHA! Travel goals kasi para sa'kin mapuntahan mga pinag-shootingan nila) kaya mas feel na feel ko nitong pangalawang punta namin. 

'Yung nasa taas, itong nasa baba 'yung mga pinagpipilian sa Loboc River Cruise. Di ko lang rin alam kung pare-pareho ang pagkain sa lahat ng banka pero okay na okay sa'kin mga pinagpilian rito lalo na 'yung crab, dilis, bbq at ilang refill ng iced tea.

Okay din 'yung chicken. Eat-all-you-can nga pala dito! :D

Isa sa mga atraksyon sa Loboc River Cruise ito sila na papanoorin mong sumayaw at kumanta. Loboc Children's Choir. 

Baka andyan sa kabilang banka si Lloydie koooooooooo...

Ito bale 'yung nasa dulo nung cruise, akala mo FALLS? Hindi! Ano lang, falls. Haha! 

Pero Busay Falls pangalan niyan, fyi lang.

Maliban sa pagkain, tanawin e nakaka-enjoy din 'yung may kumakanta habang umaandar 'yung banka. Haha. Pa-experience naman ng Superstar Virgo Cruise dyan, universe! Char. HAHAHA

The owner of this travel agency told me that she's going to send her contact numbers but she didn't so wala akong mailalagay dito. Anyway, you can find a lot of tour operators in Barangay Matutinao. The usual rate for the whole activity is P 1,500.00 per person but we got ours for P 1,300.00. 

What to do before the activity?

Once you're done registering, you'll do a little trekking (around 30 minutes) to get to the canyons of Badian. 

'Yung white part sa left side ng pic sa taas 'yung daan, medyo malayong lakarin pero madali lang kasi maayos naman 'yung kalsada kahit may mga konting uphill. 

We nervously reached the canyons because we overheard a lot of people shouting as we reached the area.

As I didn't search for anything canyoneering related before going there, I didn't know what to expect. Ah ganun pala, pababa ng bundok. Ibang paraan ng pagbaba ng bundok. Astig. 'Yung joke namin pag nababa kami na pwede bang gumulong na lang? Ito 'yun. Talon pababa. 

Ang ganda! 

Wala kong idea kung gano kalalim 'yung mga pinag-swimmingan namin na iba kasi may life vest naman. 

Maliban sa pag talon, meron din mga natural slide na madadaanan. 

Ito 'yung pinakamagandang talon para sa'kin. Feel na feel mo talaga na sa gitna ka ng canyon babagsak kasi dalawang mataas na bato 'yung nasa gilid, 25 feet 'to. 

Everywhere is a picture spot. 

Kabisado naman ni Kuya kung saan magagandang lugar medyo pasmado lang siya talaga ganern. Saka tama naman, mas maganda ng sobra sa picture nang may mapagpilian kesa kulang. 

35 feet. 

Man-made slide after doing the 35 feet jump, 10 piso binabayaran pero slide all-you-can. Yaman nila grabe. haha! Dito ko nahiwaan ng leggings at nasugatan sa daliri. Good job sa'kin! haha!

Konting lakad sa madulas at mabatong daan papunta sa falls...

WOOOOO!!!! HAHAHA. 50 feet jump shems!!!

Babalik talaga ko sa Cebu para hanapin 'yung nawawala kong boses... sa Moalboal. :))

Feel the fear but do it anyway... huhubells. Bungee jumping at paragliding naman, life.

If you ask me where to get good matcha ice cream here in Quezon City, then I'll tell you that one of your options is Ikigai Kakigori Cafe along Scout Madriñan. If you have been to this blog before, you would know how much I love my bingsu (Korean shaved ice) but love's just not enough especially when it's EDSA traffic we're talking about. During these burning hot days, me and Seolhwa Cafe, BGC aren't a thing. Haha. Lol. Anyway, I like that I've been exploring Quezon City food finds these past months.

This is their matcha kakigori

Ikigai - a Japanese concept that means "a reason for being."

Kakigori - a Japanese shaved ice dessert flavored with syrup and a sweetener, often condensed milk.

Yep, if Korea has bingsu then Japanese has Kakigori then Philippines has Halo-Halo. Chos. hehe. 

Their homemade ice creams were also good. I've recommended this cafe to other people and they're all asking me to go back with them. Oh, sure!!!!

You'll really taste matcha in it unlike other ice creams which you can barely taste the matcha. Ang tagal ko na naghanap ng matcha, kaya pala laging nawawala kasi nasa Ikigai Kakigori. hehe. I shall return!
