If you're planning to go to Bohol and Cebu in one trip, the wiser decision is to book two one-way plane tickets for your outbound and inbound flights. That way you won't have to go back and forth the islands but if you're like us who've booked round trip tickets then you'd have to ride the ferry to get to another island.

Unang beses ko! I am so happy.

'Cause by then, I finally fell asleep. :) Ewan, weird ba? Huhu

Usually, I'd cover myself with a scarf or sarong. You know, for those times na baka nakaka-nganga na pala ko and all. Jk! Mas komportable kaseeee. :)) I forgot to time the duration of the ferry ride though.

The ferry to Bohol was packed but the ferry back to Cebu had a lot of empty seats that I was able to use three chairs as I slept. Not the weirdest place I've slept at. Definitely not now after my Malaysia trip which I'll be posting in the future... dahil patapos na July, February pa lang nalalagay ko sa blog. Hope this helped you somehow! :D

Habitat First Post link: here.
Bilar Man Made Forest link: here.

Sobrang sinipagan ko nung first post kasi meron pang second ehh. :))

Lolz.

It's only in habitat did I learn that not all caterpillars are itchy.

Charot. haha!

After ng Habitat Tour, pumunta naman kasi Bilar Man Made Forest.

HAHAHAHA!

Woke up early for this! :))

There's something magical with watching the dolphins swimming around the boats you're riding. :)) Ewan, ansaya.

I've done and watched them before but this felt like the first time. Ewan. Nakakatuwa.

Watching the trained dolphins in a show (like that of San Diego's Sea World link: here) didn't feel special as much as watching them in their natural habitat. :))

This dolphin watching at Pamilacan island was our first itinerary for that day.

After watching the dolphins, we headed to Balicasag Island to do snorkeling. As you can see in the picture above, you'd pay P 400.00/head for the snorkeling. Second day activity with the dolphins, Balicasag, and Virgin Island's kind of not budget friendly. hahaha!

Exhausted from waking up early, I fell asleep at the boat and the next thing I know, Balicasag Island is right in front of us. As you'd notice, it was a gloomy day so the sea was kind of rough.

So upon registering, we road a paddle boat that took us to the snorkeling site.

Like the one in Danjugan Island, there's a "cliff" at this snorkeling site too. Since the sea was rough, it's expected that the wave at this part is a bit rough as well which made snorkeling and free diving quite hard. :( Huhu. It was hard to swim around with current that strong especially when I can't even see what's below since it was really deep.

Strong current concerns aside, it's a great snorkeling/scuba diving/free diving spot especially if you're brave enough to swim past the underwater cliff.

It was so hard for me to have my photos taken HAHAHA

But underwater photo is underwater so whatever. :))

If you're doing this, please bring extra money for you have no choice but to eat at the island and it's kind of expensive. Wooo, bigat mo sa bulsa ha, Bohol tour. Nyahaha

I decided to "level-up" the watermark game and put a logo instead of the usual xtintina that I've been using for years. Go me! Lol. I was just able to download a software that does the watermarking in batches unlike before when I'd manually place it in pictures. Huhuhu. Thank you, freeware developers! <3 So if there are pictures with my old watermark then that means I've placed watermark on them way before posting them here. :)) Sobrang daming backlog.

Anyway, this is Virgin Island in Bohol. The itinerary for that day was Dolphin Watching, Balicasag Snorkeling and Virgin Island.

The boat ride on this part was a little suspense because of the high waves as seen on the picture above.

Not hating it that it was a cloudy day. <3

Even if the waves were high and strong like crazy, we're glad that it was low tide so we were able to see the sandbar.

The other part of this island is a private property and from what we've seen from the boat, the sand on their part was whiter than the public part where we walked at.

Seeing this sandbar reminded me of Leyte's Kalanggaman Island. If you've been to Kalanggaman, then Virgin Island isn't something that would blow you away but it's still worth visiting though. You can never have too many sandbars. hehe. :)) More sandbars, universe.

There aren't a lot of things to do in Virgin Island aside from walking around and taking pictures. Be careful though and watch your steps because there are a lot of sea urchins there.

Virgin Island's sandbar is quite long too at ang saya saya ko.

Wasn't able to take picture with the sign. Haaaay.

Back to Alona Beach.

We opted to skip on any tours since we were staying in Henann. Chill chill lang. There are a lot of things to do there anyway.

After having breakfast, we rested for a while and decided to use the rest of the morning swimming in almost all the pools of Henann. Haha! Ang dami kasi!

I'll just be showing you pictures:

Luh may dimple ako underwater. :))

Henann's Pool Bar

Suddenly feel thirsty while swimming? Inumin ang pool water. Duh. Haha. You can order drinks at the bar and just have them charge at your room. Very convenient.

Sa lahat ng sulok ata, may picture ako ah. :))

Sariling sikap mag self-timer, bes.

Towels are available at the pool area. You just have to give them your room number and log.

Check out time took long because there are a lot of people checking-out as well. As soon as they processed ours though, we decided to walk around the resort again.

The tricycle who took us to Henann was also the tricycle that picked us up. I had kuya's number but I impulsively deleted all the contacts of my phone.

Wag ako, Solaire. </3 HAHAHAHA. Kakamiss naman maglaro. Wala pang budget ehh. Soon! Charu
