I haven't been blogging for a while now.

And while I a not really posting a lot of stuff the past few months, posting these days have become a bit more challenging because BAYANTEL'S WIFI IS ACTING UP AND OF ALL WEBSITES THAT I CAN'T ACCESS IN MY LAPTOP, I HAVE BEEN HAVING TROUBLES ACCESSING --- MINE. M-I-N-E. XTINTINA.COM. Which is so weird because it's only the website (that I currently know of) that I am having troubles accessing... good job kayo dyan, Bayantel!

I would try to post and an error message saying that there are troubles with publishing my post would appear and that's because of the unstable internet connection... why?!

I've been frustrated that I tweeted them (globe) and I found out that a lot of other customers share the same frustration too. Changing service isn't possible as of the moment since we need the landline so we have to bare with the slow and intermittent internet but huhuhuhuhuhuhuhuhu

ANONA BAYANTEL WALA BA TALAGANG CHANCE?!

Isn't it surprising that Ribb serves baby back ribs? Hmm...

So above, you have their baby back ribs with two sides: grilled corn and mashed potato

The meat was tender. However, I am not thinking bakit hindi ata ako 'yung kumain ng corn? :))

Kinakabahan ako lagi kapag nakakakita ako ng dyanamite... kasi baka sumabog. :)) Char!

I love this "pulutan" "streetfood" or whatever category this falls into because it usually has cheese stuffing. The thing is, eating this is somehow based on pure luck. Hahahaha. I don't fancy eating spicy food (except Korean food) but based on experience, dynamites are not always spicy so I give it a chance once in a while... and Ribb's version? Maanghang, bes. hahaha. Masarap at malutong which something people who can eat spicy food will enjoy.

Seeing this so reminded me of the times when I relied on hotdogs for survival when I was in the states. Hahaha. Akala ko lahat ng pwedeng gawin sa hotdog na recipe e natikman ko na, hindi pa pala.

World's Baddest Hotdogs

'cause why not?

I'm sorry, World's Baddest Dog. Masyado ko na-excite sa pa-torch ni Kuya sa'yo kaya blurred 'yung picture.

Jackass

Parmesan, Mozarella, Cheddar Cheese

Shamrock

P 150.00

Pesto, tomato, pizza sauce, mozzarella, cheese

Ito talaga 'yun eh.

I don't know. There must be something about pesto that I'll have it with anything.  Although the idea of combining pesto and hotdog before, this worked. I love the uniqueness of them using charcoal bun instead of the usual bun and them torching the hotdogs right in front of you.

Tips and guides for travelers in Cambodia and Vietnam.

Being scammed in a foreign country is the perfect way to ruin a vacation. lolz. I think I need to look up for "scams" in each country I am going to visit in the future to prevent myself from experiencing another heartbreak.

I am not supposed to post my recent out of the country trip yet 'cause I have a lot of backlogs but I consider this urgent.

I don't know if other nationalities felt ripped off too. The spending was too much for us yet we felt that we had no choice. I don't know. Sort of like we, unknowingly, fell as victims of a syndicated scam (in Cambodia). What do you think?

1. Choose your hostel/hotel wisely.

Make sure that they're going to pick you up at the airport if it's included in what you paid for. I replied our schedule but for some reason, our hotel didn't pick us up. I had to buy a sim card to call them (4 USD) and then had to spend (10 USD) for a taxi ride. Una pa lang, Cambodia ay Scambodia na. Huhu. Should've been more careful.

This is a lengthy post kinda filled with rants and pictures:)

Perfect for the rainy day at makakasigurado kang, DEE BEE TIN. :))

Dee Bee Tin is the stall that sells Chinese Comfort food in the Station, Maginhawa.

I'm not a fan of Chinese noodles but if I were to eat, I always choose Beef variant. I love how tasty the soup is without tasting too Chinese. :)) Haha! I don't know about you but there's a distinct taste of Chinese cuisine (from star anise, perhaps?) that I don't like if the flavoring is too strong so Dee Bee Tin's version's alright and perfect for my liking. The beef cubes were tender and the noodles wasn't soggy. I am seriously craving for this in this rainy weather we're having these days.

At dito sa porkchop rice nila, sigurado ka ngang DEE BEE TIN. :)) I love the world play in their name. Hehehe. The porkchop was tender as well and it's big that you may actually need two cups of rice.
