We arrived there Wednesday night, slept to get ready for the next day.

Here I am buwis-buhay pose at the second floor of the house we stayed at.
You can see Banahaw Volcano Complex from the house. Banahaw complex consists of I think four volcanoes , I'm only familiar with Mt. Banahaw de Lucban (v top) and Mt. Cristobal (w top), they're twin volcanoes and the locals refer to the first as Holy and the latter as the Devil's Volcano because of the negative vibe it gives those who climb it. There are some places where one can mistook Mt. Banahaw for Mt. Mayon because of its shape, yes, I was fooled.
And the calf with a thing for red.
I thought only bulls run after the color red.

Pancit habhab, bread, and a slice of freshly-picked papaya for breakfast.

And from Tayabas, we then traveled to Lucban.

Hmm... lambanog, anyone?

See the grains? They are almost ready to be harvested. Pahiyas festival's next month!
At the parking hill near  Kamay ni Hesus.
I so loved the view everywhere.

And the sun will set for you...

I was at Mall of Asia again today.

Is that Bataan's Mt. Mariveles I'm seeing? ... or not.
How poor my Philippine geography is.

MOA's eye from our seat.

Taken after our Ferris' Wheel Ride.

A lot of people gather at this part of MOA called San Miguel by the Bay since the entire place have become more commercialized. There are now amusement park rides like carousel and bump cars, food carts, high-end restaurants, statues (Cong. Manny Pacquiao's to be exact), fireworks display on Friday nights and many more. But topping all these, is the stunning (stunning talaga) sunset. 'Nuff said.

It was a spontaneous decision of two SM North jaded persons to catch the sunset at Mall of Asia, San Miguel by the bay today. We went there with just enough money left for back and forth rides and food. That was the plan, watch the sunset, eat and ride the MRT back to TriNoMa.

Upon seeing the Ferris’ Wheel as it turned on its colorful lights; we couldn't help it and tried despite our complains about it being overpriced.

It has been months of stopping ourselves from paying P150.00 each for a 10 minutes ride on the biggest Ferris’ Wheel (which is 180 feet tall) in the country up to date anyway.

And we really cave in.

Thank God I have no acrophobia or else I'll miss the chances of seeing views as beautiful as these.

Seeing the metro lights and being more than 180 feet above gave me that kind of high I haven't felt in a while. Dare-devil much? But this isn't scary especially when you're already up there though I admit that I felt slight nervousness before boarding the gondola. Haha.

Forgone our food and rode, was it worth it? Perhaps but mmm, it just ended like that, not even lasted for 10 minutes. Eye of Moa isn't an attraction I can always try everytime I'm in the vicinity but it's a must-ride for first timers. I still wish it'd be cheaper or if not, be a bit longer though.

I never anticipated eating this KFC Cheezy Bacon Pasta Bowl (is this the correct name?). I mean, I've been seeing its commercial for several days but it didn't appeal to me. 'Cause hello, KFC is synonymous to a thigh part one-piece meal with unlimited gravy. But then, there are times like today that thigh part isn't available and the waiting time is 20 minutes, so I have to settle with this. Anyhow, this pasta bowl is satisfactory and good thing the noodles were cooked Al Dente, that's a plus points for me. I think though that it's kind of expensive, P 95.00 for a bowl which wasn't that big and a drink. Taste? what can go wrong with KFC original flavor chicken strips, cheese and bacon? Close to nothing. Just don't forget to chug water after eating and this has been it.

I may order it again or not, depending on the availability of my thigh part.

I've always loved banana chips (come to think of it, there's nothing I don't love) and Villa Socorro Sabanana Chips is the best I've eaten so far; it had the right amount of sweetness and crunch and each chip is so thin. I bought this at East Ave. Hospital for P 40.00 together with Marc Daniel's Soya Milk for P 35.00. I was meaning to buy another pack but forgot to pass by the kiosk before leaving. Tsk.

On the other hand, Marc Daniel's Soya Milk was so-so. Maybe I'm just used to the variant I'm buying at groceries. The one in a glass bottle.

If Villa Socorro Sabanana Chips is readily available anywhere then it'd be great 'cause I've been looking for it in nearby groceries but there's none.

For the meantime, I'd just look around and hope that I could spot this treat again.
