| I was at MOA yesterday and saw this poster of the schedule of this year's Pyromusical Competition. They're already on their fifth year! February 15: Philippines (opening) and Australia February 22: Spain and United Kingdom March 1: France and Japan March 8: China and Germany March 15: Finland and Canada March 22: USA and Philippines (closing) Tickets are VIP with dinner (P 1,500.00), VIP (P 500.00), Gold (P 300.00) and Silver (P100.00). I want to go too but as of now I have no plans for this yet. And last year actually, we got complimentary silver tickets that we upgraded to gold. Are we going to get free tickets this year too? | Today, February 14, 2014, is the opening of the 21st Travel Expo. I went there to window shop and snatch some freebies. Huhubells. Hindi naman masama magtingin ng iba't ibang vacation spots eh, malay natin! It would have been a lot better if we have the money to book us some domestic and international trips but then, we were left with no choice but to get some fliers of different tours and hope that someday we'd be able to go to all of those places too. :)) |

| Malaysia Booth Apparently, 2014 is "Visit Malaysia" year. And.. and that's the same backdrop they used last year. We got a free brochure and Malaysia guidebook here since we have a scheduled flight to Kuala Lumpur in May. My "Someday Petronas Towers" line last year will be happening this year and I'm more than grateful. No problems please. I don't want to put this here yet but do you have suggestions regarding affordable accommodations, free attractions etc. in Malaysia and Singapore? | . Most booths have packages such as cruises and pilgrimages worldwide, different airlines are also there selling discounted tickets. I think most of the tour packages being sold are offered at a lower price. And this has been it, my travel tour expo window shopping. Sana next year, shopping na talaga. Travelling is a very expensive thing to do. Imagine saving up more than 100k only to spend everything on what? Less than 7 days of Europe trip. But I really, really, really believe that the money is not an issue here. If I can save that much for a trip, I wouldn't mind spending everything especially if the place is worth it. Keywords: IF I CAN. But you know what? I feel that I can, of course I can. hahahaha. Someday, world. For the meantime, claim lang ng claim ulit. Don't have the budget to join a European cruise? It's okay. Our country is very beautiful with so many places that are waiting to be explored. Support local tourism. :) Maganda na, mas mura pa. Meiji Factory tour is one of the items on my bucket list. Someday, Meiji!! If they have a plant tour, I want to go and explore there even once in this lifetime, twice in another lifetime and on the third, I'd like to own my own chocolate factory. HAHAHAHA. Joke!! I don't even know if Meiji still hold a factory tour but if they do; Fairygod mother, push natin 'to please.
If chocolate and food is considered a subcategory of tourism... Life, let me experience the chocolate and food tourism of Japan.

| Monaka is a Japanese sweet wherein a filling is sandwiched between two thin wafers. Based on the name, this Matcha chocolate is inside a wafer. I really find it weird and funny every time I explain obvious things. Let's go to the filling: this Matcha is the most potent Matcha I've ever tasted. A lot of people would definitely find it too bitter but for me, it's just the way I like it. I love the bitter aftertaste which slowly fades away. The first time I tried eating there was in 2012 (that's the year when I started going to BGC anyway. Sana ma-miss mo ko BGC, noh? Sobrang minsan na nga lang ako mapunta dun these days, hindi mo pa ata ako nami-miss. Haha. Munshongerks po.) and I didn't like the food at all which explains the lack of blog post. I don't even remember what was the exact dish I had but it was chicken and my friends had sisig, batchoy etc. and we all agreed on one thing as we left the restaurant, "No second time here."
Then recently a friend was like, "I know a restaurant in the area that offers unlimited rice." Grabe, gutom siya. Hindi niya sinabi 'yun dahil malakas ako mag-rice!! HAHAHAHA.
As I saw Floring's facade my first reaction was, "Tara, Jollibee or KFC or Mcdo na lang."
You know, that feeling when you know you're about to waste your money again.
But the friend insisted so I gave in and gave Floring's a second chance.

| It was my friend who told me to try this out and so I did. Bacon-Liempo Kawali In all fairness, I loved their version of lechon kawali. The skin was crispy and they managed to retain the tenderness of the meat. Sa nipis kasi ng slice, mas may possibility na maging matigas 'yan pag pinirito. I also liked that the layer of fat was thin (ANORAW!?) And, the sauce also went well with the meat. Have they improved or we just ordered the right dishes this time, I don't know. All I know is that if you order both of these dishes, you'll enjoy dining there too. Floring's is more expensive than fast food but it's definitely cheaper than other food establishments in the area and given that they serve unlimited rice adds to reasons why it's worth trying (Or re-trying) out. |

| Shaq Burger Cheeseburger with Onion Rings P 155.00 with drinks Pang Junior League lang talaga ko. This is my 5th time eating at Zark's, and have always been satisfied with every visit. One of the very few burger joints that serve delicious yet satisfying (very satisfying) burgers at an affordable price. |
