Shinsegae is our go-to place since this Guiness World Records holder as the largest shopping complex in the world is only 15 minutes away from home via subway. Not to mention that Park Seo Joon models for Shinsegae and that they have one of the best food market/food court options that I know of in Busan. hahaha!

Since we've been in this area for a lot of times, I tried searching the hashtag Centum City in Instragram to look for picture spots and we saw this garden with dinosaurs. Same dinosaur display in Annam Park of Songdo. hehe!

The garden is not too big but since there weren't a lot of people, it was nice and quiet enough.

The viewing area facing the river, Naru park and BIFF.

My autumn foliage experience, I got them all from Centum City area. Hahaha!

I would actually prefer a day in a park rather than a day in a mall so finding this quiet place in Shinsegae, I was happy. Hehe! So sad lang that I wasn't able to try watching a movie there especially when Busan International Film Festival was ongoing when I was in Busan.

As far as I know, there's a also a spaland and ice skating rink here in Shinsegae.

It's not unusual to see tourists wearing Hanbok whenever they're roaming around the different tourist spots in South Korea. I haven't done that though and I didn't even think that I will also try fitting one but my friends wanted to so I went with them. :))

Yup, while I don't fancy walking around dressed in Hanbok, trying it in this room was something I wanted to do. Haha! Don't get me wrong though. I used to roam around in malls, hotels, and schools wearing hanbok before when I was still volunteering as a traditional dance dancer in Korean Cultural Center of the Philippines.

South Korea Travel Sim? Purchase yours here.

This Hanbok Experience Hall in BEXCO is a free place to try Hanbok although you'd have to go there earlier to reserve your slot just to be sure that you'll be in schedule since only one group (maximum of five persons) per thirty minutes is allowed to enter.

MORE DETAILS IN THIS WEBSITE: Korea Tourism Office

It was a weekday afternoon when we went here so there were available slots and we were only asked to wait for the next half hour before we had our turn.

Before the 30 minutes start, they first showed us some of the items on display and explained about everything.

Oppa hahahaha

For the gold hair accessory, the longer and the heavier, the higher position that lady holds. The longest above was the one worn by the queen.

For girls, make sure to bring your hair tie 'cause you're not allowed to have your hair down whenever wearing Hanbok.

I wanted to take decent pictures but I don't think I was able to. Hahaha!

Say hi to me in Hanbok and the peeping monkey socks.

30 minutes for 3 persons was enough time and we took as much pictures as we like.

I LOVE BUSAN!!!

I MISS BUSAN SO MUCH!!!

There is also a photobooth where you can take pictures with some of the tourist attractions in Busan as your backdrop. I had my picture of Centum City and Igidae for only 1,000 KRW each. Not bad!!

And actually, if you take a picture of your picture and upload it on your SNS account then you'll be getting a gift - it's a frame for the printed picture in this case.

Address: 1F, BEXCO Auditorium, 55, APEC-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan
Directions: Centum City (BEXCO, Shinsegae) Station (Busan Subway Line 2), Exit 1. Walk for approx. 2 min.

If there's one place in Busan that I couldn't even count how many times I've been to, that's Haeundae Beach.

The most memorable, though, was during one night of the Chuseok Festival/Mid-autumn Festival

Haeundae on an autumn night is usually quiet and it doesn't even get this packed and filled with people on a regular weekend night.

The thing with long travel is you actually have the time to sit, relax and not worry about the next place/item in your itinerary.

If you're not the type of person who would prefer to lie down on the sand, you can watch street performers in their designated places along Haeundae... you can also restaurant hop in all the establishments near the beach.

Beach with my favorite soju and with some of the favorite people I met in this Busan trip. <3

The thing with Korea and liquor is you can just actually buy a bottle of liquor in a convenience store and walk around drinking it and still, no one minds. It's a milder version of Las Vegas Strip... hahaha. Kaya naman pala gusto ko ganon. :)) But yeah, I'm all for the crazy but still responsible drunk... basta walang violent drunk!

Spent couple of hours people watching, moon watching while listening to the sounds of the waves and learning more about Korean culture/daily life.

I have always wanted to spend a night this way kaya this night was really special... full moon pa!

Although I'm a "solo-traveler," it doesn't mean that I am always alone. Some of the most interesting and fine nights happen when shared with crazy new friends. Hahaha!

Lighting up fireworks by the beach is prohibited but even the guy who drives back and forth in mobile to stop everyone couldn't do anything HAHAHAHAHA

I kinda felt bad for him 'cause he was only doing his job but watching him stopping people who pretends to be apologetic only to light up fireworks again once he leaves was actually funny and interesting.

During summer, Haeundae transforms to a very busy beach where you can rent parasols so I don't think you won't have this much space during summer season.

One of my favorite places in Busan right there. <3

According to one website, Haewoljeong is "a pavilion constructed specifically for moon-viewing at Dalmajigil or ‘Moon-Viewing Hill’ which separates Haeundae beach and Songjeong beach."

I saw this pavillion at the end of the "traverse trail" from Moon-tan Road to the roads for car... lolz

It's not a big pavillion so this might get packed on days/nights of moon viewing. I think, catching sunrise from this place would be beautiful as well.

No one was there with me that afternoon but as usual, it's fine because I appreciate these moments of silence whenever I'm outside.

Probably the reason why when I was hanging out in Hongdae in Seoul, I felt very uncomfortable walking along with the sea of people 'cause for a month in Busan this kind of sea was all I know. HAHAHA! Dami arte, e noh

Putting my camera in somewhere with a flat surface and just set a timer for a picture was okay in most places but it was too windy here that it felt unsafe. Can't take risks! haha!

This was the first time I saw Gwangan Bridge.

That shore on the right of the picture is Haeundae Beach, the small hill is Dongbaekseom and the forested area on the left is Igidae.
