This is a do it yourself... because you're the only person who can make yourself genuinely happy. And in this world where only the fittest survive (Hindi to physical ha! Pag physical kasi, dapat ngayon pa lang out na ko hahaha!), you need to have balls. Hugot pa more. hehehe.Lolz, here's a simple yet very "fun to make" dessert which you can also...

D.I.Y Fried Oreos

It has been more than four years since I first tasted Wicked Oreos in a restaurant at Katipunan Avenue. Right at my first spoonful, it was really good but I also thought that it would be easy to make it at home too.  Here's a recipe and a pictures guide for do-it-yourself fried oreos. This is already my third attempt. Looking at all...

Shrimps with Bilimbi Fruits and Tomatoes

Ano nga?  Hipon na may Kamias at Kamatis. I tried searching the web for a recipe of this Kapampangan dish but couldn't find any. I learned about this in an episode of Jessica Soho Reports several weeks ago but I have already forgotten the instructions and the measurements so I had to rely solely on my not-really-existent-cooking-prowess. Nilupak of Quezon

The next activity that day was to try making a Quezon delicacy, NILUPAK. First we harvested cassava from the backyard. They peeled them for boiling. Some were fried. These are kamote-fries. After boiling, just soft and not soggy. They're ready to be hand-milled. And this is not an easy task! I kept on pounding the ingredients (kamote, sugar, condensed milk and peanut butter)...

Graham Cake? Tiramisu?

What do you call this? I figured another way to make graham cake. I used to layer mango or peach slices, cream with condensed milk and graham crackers before. But I found out that it tastes better when you blend the mango with cream and condensed milk and just pour the mixture in between the graham crackers. Just make sure there would be...

Chicken Lollipop

Cooked chicken lollipop last night. Here's the procedure, it's fairly easy. Chicken wings. These are already seasoned with salt and pepper. Beaten egg.  Japanese Bread Crumbs Usually before you put the wings in the egg, you'd have to cover  it first with  all-purpose flour but we skipped that part. Then bread it with breadcrumbs. Here's how they look like. Deep fry. Cooked. That...
