I lived in Las Vegas in 2016 so I always passed by I-15 but I never had the chance to go nearer before. It was constructed sometime in May 2016 so not a lot of people have been going there yet that time, probably the reason why we didn't go is 'cause we didn't know more information about it. Can't remember. Haha! USA...
