NOTE: Don't know if Lip Product Review or just wanted to post selfies. HAHAHA!

Excuse #1: My HAIRRRRRRR! 😍 So kilig about it since my last haircut.
Excuse #2: Hindi ako makapili ng ilalagay kaya ginawa kong collage. Umay, noh? GGSS ba? Sarreh na agad.
Excuse #3: My face is starting to calm down from the breakout I had when I started to wear face mask. There are still a lot of scars especially in my chin area but getting better. 😅

Laneige

WOKE UP LIKE THIS.
Nakakailang daw 'yung necklace ko. Hindi bagay sa'kin? Talaga? Wanna fight??? 👿 Ang bait ko kaya. 😇😇 HAHAHA

I've been searching online reviews about this since March but didn't get to buy it until recently 'cause of the lockdown and 'cause it's pricey like most Laneige products.

Bought mine at P 950.00 for a 20 grams tub, Berry flavor.
DIBA. Kaya rin 'to umabot dito e, kasi ang mahal.

Lip Sleeping Mask has a softening balm texture that closely adheres to lips for quick absorption. Enriched with vitamin C and antioxidants, Berry Mix Complex™ offers a nutritiously sweet and fragrant blend of raspberry, strawberry, cranberry, and blueberry extracts to indulge the senses.

Exclusive Moisture Wrap™ technology boasts hyaluronic acid and minerals to form a protective film over the lips to lock in moisture and active ingredients.

A generous layer of this soothing mask at bedtime helps reduce flakiness so you can wake up to lips that feel refreshed, supple, and soft to the touch.

Photo and description copied from Laneige's Website

Bare lips before going to sleep. Close up kung close up, Tintin? HAHAHA!

I have been going out again these days but I don't wear lipsticks anymore since it won't be seen that I'm pale anyway kaya medyo plump and hydrated na ang lips ko lagi. Alagang Laneige. Sosyal na ko nyan? HAHAHA!

Wearing face mask is still a struggle since I have a very sensitive and oily skin which is prone to developing blemishes/acne kaya I'd rather na moisturizer, sunscreen and lip balm na lang nilalagay ngayon. Wala nga rin powder on most days eh - may dala na lang akong oil control film lagi pero meron pa rin nade-develop na acne the next day. I mean, inarte ko lang 'to kasi nawawala naman. Pinaka-okay pa rin 'yung safe tayo kaya need to properly wear face masks, observe social distancing, and disinfect when going out.

Lip sleeping mask has a thicker consistency and stickier than a regular lip balm but bearable since this is for night time use anyway. Berry looks like cloudy baby pink on the lips... if yah get what I mean. 20 grams would definitely last a long time so sulit na rin. Besh, 1K 'yon! I'm just not a fan of it being in a tub for hygienic purposes but okay, wala naman ako magagawa about that.

Pareho lang naman yata pero mas maputla 'yung woke up like this, diba? Dapat yata ang na-document ko was the first night I used this 'cause mas obvious 'yung difference. I've been using it for several consecutive nights now without using lipsticks in the day so my lips doesn't get dehydrated as much as before.

Also, sometimes I'd wake up with dead skin cells on my lips which I have to scrub off the next morning.

Yeah Yeah Yeah. Hahaha!

CGM UPDATE

Ngayon: Curlier with less frizz - love it! Mabigat nga ata 'yung rebonded hair kaya nags-stretch 'yung curls dati before haircut. I had days na curly and I had days na straight kaya sabi ko may identity crisis 'yung buhok ko pero so far, curly/wavy ako lagi na after matanggal 'yung naka-rebond. Back side hair is also starting to look better, hirap kasi mag s2c sa likod kaya ang tagal umayos. Mukhang party girl all day, noh? The result of hindi nagsusuklay for eight months! Yep, I haven't been combing my hair since CGM and I would get a judgmental stare sometimes whenever I tell someone about it. AYAN NA OH. NAKIKITA NA RESULT. HUHUHU. SOBRANG BUHAGHAG KASI DATI PERO TRANSITION STAGE KASI. Lakas maka-good vibes na ngayon kasi more on good hair days na kaya pagbigyan niyo na kooooooo.
HAHAHA!😁😁😁

Hong Kong trip was both a chill and nerve-racking experience 'cause this was last year when they were attacking people at the MTR. What we did was rode buses instead though deep inside, we still get paranoid of the attacks but we got out of the country in time before the situation escalated. We had days to spend in Macau and our exit flight was from Macau as well.

So far, Hong Kong is my favorite skyline when viewed from the airplane. I was thinking of getting my camera to capture it but I got so focused with looking outside. I just concentrated on how beautiful the brightly-lit buildings were seeing them from an airplane on a cloudy night sky. If this is making sense...

No wonder this is one of the world's top three night view.
Monaco and Japan's Mount Inasa being the other two.

While you can do the river cruise as a tourist activity, you can opt to ride the cheaper ferry that will transport you from Causeway Bay to Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade and vice versa.

Compare the price for an Aqua Luna boat tour, per person here is only 2.2 HKD. Boat pa rin naman 'to, diba? Isipin mo na lang naka-cruise ka rin. Hahaha!

“May mga lugar na pang matagalan. May mga lugar na dinadaanan lang. Parang Hong Kong. Katulad ng tao. May mga taong dumadaan lang sa buhay natin. May mga taong … babaguhin ka pang habambuhay. Ikaw iyan Ethan. Salamat.”

Diba? Lakas maka-sawi. I will never look at HK again without remembering the lines from the movie... JOY IS HERE. Mukhang matatagalan bago makabalik dito eh.

“Yong binubuo mong pangarap unti-unting … pfft. Isa-isang naglalaglagan.”
Besh, relate ako dito! Kainis na ah. Masyado kayo nakakasakit. Char! HAHAHA!

Watched the Symphony of Lights from Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade

Our hotel was in Mongkok Area so we made use of this evening to walk around TST for a while after watching the show. Somewhere in this area (Victoria Harbour/ Tsim Sha Tsui Waterfront), there's a place called Avenue of Stars where you can see handprints and autrographs of stars set in the cement.

A lot like Los Angeles CA's Hollywood Walk of Fame

Ayun 'yung Ferris Wheel na nasa first photo dito.

Had I watched Hello, Love, Goodbye prior to this trip, panigurado emote ako dyan.

HAHAHA!

Miss You Like Crazy: Petronas Towers, Malaysia, Paco Park and Cemetery, Manila
The Mistress: Callao Cave, Tuguegarao
A Second Chance: Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish, Antipolo, Bellini's Italian Restaurant, Cubao

HUYYYYY. Nakakamiss mag filming location hunting. OMG. Looking forward to long bus rides and mountain fog! (kung kailan man 'to matuloy haha!)

Nice din 'yung Light Show sa Gardens By The Bay, Singapore.

---

For this chapter in my life (July 2020), this is my favorite learning: If you don't heal what hurt you, you'll bleed on people who didn't cut you.

I want you to know that you deserve to be happy but you'll never get that happiness from hurting and using others. You shouldn't put distrust on people who never gave you reasons not to trust them. You shouldn't make other people trust you only to betray and leave them hanging in the end. You may have a lot of unresolved emotional wounds but those don't give you excuses to treat other people with apathy especially 'cause they themselves are healing and scarred but still chose to believe in you and be fair with you.

What a heartbreaking way to live - always with a void that can never be filled. I hope you end these toxic cycles not for anyone else's sake but yours.

My prayer for you is that you'd wake up on a day when you feel that you're worthy just as you are so you won't need to play your games. May you find courage to heal and forgive yourself/ those who hurt you in the past because you are worthy of the effort and the time it takes to heal so you can finally feel complete and be at peace.

And if no one has told you this today, I will.
 YOU ARE APPRECIATED. ☺️

I learned a new word today: Travitude - when you start to get grumpy and sassy because you miss travelling.

Pero k lang, we're worth more than our travels. Don't let the lack of it suck away our soul. Dinamay pa kita e noh? Ako lang naman may withdrawal. HAHAHA! Wag ganon. Nawawala naman dapat as we recover eventually pero paano kung 'yung isang bagay na nagpapakalma sa'yo at na-realize mong gusto mo talagang ginagawa kapag walang pressure (pagsusulat) e pinapaalala naman 'yung mga kaadikan na tinalikuran mo? HAHAHAHA. Gets? Gets?

Jooooooooke. Ito lang. First time ko. There's always a first time for everything. Masaya naman. Nakakabaliw lang. Daming sinabi. HAHAHA!

"She was the tide, always drifting in and out of the lives of those who loved her, eternally indecisive, unable to discern whether she desired the solidity of land or the wild freedom of the ocean." - Beau Taplin

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Haha! Jk. This is a "fishing village" and it was always low tide during the morning so we just went out to gather shells and crustaceans. They call this area baybay - it's a sandbar with mangrove. The house we stayed at is located on the base of the mountain across. I was looking forward to climbing the mountain but a typhoon ravaged this area a few days before our trip so there were a lot of toppled and uprooted trees there.

Kalanggaman Island and Sandbar, Leyte
Virgin Island Sandbar, Bohol
Sumilon Island Sandbar, Cebu
Danjugan Island Sandbar, Negros Occidental

Ang saya, diba? Nag tali lang talaga ko ng buhok. HAHAHAHAHA! Sobrang ikli pa kasi nung buhok ko nito kaya laging natatanggal.

Fishing village.

Oyster and mussel farming.

We transferred to another coast and this is where the residents go to swim.

This is the star of the beach trip day though. HAHAHAHA! Saya kaya ng fresh seafoods. HAAAAAAY.

Bagong huling krill. Shemay, ano nga 'to sa Tagalog? 'Yang krill? Alamang?

My new dog friends.
Fed them and they wouldn't leave me alone when we were at the beach. Not saying I hate it though.

Spaghetti with chicken. HAAAAAAY. Forever Jollibee favorite! Wala nga thigh part pero g lang. :))

This is kinda a dream come true for me.

Gusto ko talaga ma-try magpa-grocery ng iba? HAHAHAHA! Weird? These are for my god daughter and her friend. I told them to get whatever they want... sagot ni Ninang. HAHAHA! Muntanga eh. I was thinking of gifting her cash but I figured doing this will be better and I'd have another item crossed off my bucket list. Wala lang. Masaya rin naman to be on the giving end.

This is how mussels are farmed. Low tide kasi kaya nakita 'yung bamboo.

HAHAHAHA.

The food we took for granted talaga.

HAHAHA

I was asked by these boys to accompany them at the shore while they search for something to eat. Sumama naman ako. Syempre. Gusto ko rin naman and they were excited to look for the shells to feed me kaya syempre, hiya ko lang kung di ako sasama, diba?

After gathering, they cooked the small shells here. They cooked it outside to show me that they did the cooking as well. Kilig si Ate. HAHAHA.

That night, they also took me out to a night boat ride. Diba ang gaan ko tas sila taga-sagwan? HAHAHA! We saw a lot of bioluminescent plankton while boating and it was soooooooo amazing. I have a video pero sigaw ako ng sigaw sa sobrang amazement so nevermind.

While waiting for them to cook the shells, I decided to go up the hill for a while to view the sunset. HAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYY. :))))  Ayoko na lang mag sabi. Basta buhay in this pandemic. Thank you, universe! I know you can see the big picture. Magtiwala na lang ako, noh. HAHAHAHAHA.

HAAAAAAAY ULIT.
Woke up like this.

Miss the days when my skin wasn't breaking out yet. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Maskne is real. Napansin ko talaga dami ko whiteheads and pimples since wearing facemask.

We're already on the 7th month of 2020.

Ang saya, diba? :)))

Pakaraming HAAAAAAAAAAAY ng may withdrawal. HAHAHAHA!

Let's get our power and control back. 😉😉😉
Here's to closing cycles and welcoming new beginnings.
God bless us.
